Wireless or hardwired?
Wireless: faster install, zero wall damage, renter-friendly, easily expanded - modern wireless (e.g. Ajax) is genuinely excellent. Hardwired: no batteries ever, ideal when walls are already open. We'll recommend per property, not per margin.
Do alarms work with pets?
Yes - pet-immune detectors and placement designed around your animals. Tell us at quote time and false alarms stop being part of the deal.
Is monitoring worth it, or is the app enough?

Can you take over or upgrade my old alarm?
Usually - many older panels can be serviced, reprogrammed for modern monitoring, or upgraded keeping existing sensors and cabling. Sometimes a $200 fix beats a $2,000 system, and we'll say so.
